Primary Harness - Any Vehicle / Whelen CenCom Core

The Primary Harness is the centerpiece of our FasTech for Whelen CenCom Core harness line. Installed inside the passenger compartment, it integrates the Whelen CORE C399 controller with the Underhood Harness, Rear SUV or Rear Truck Harness, [OEM/BCM Interface Harness], and CenCom expansion modules into one standardized, plug-and-play electrical architecture.

Designed to eliminate custom vehicle wiring, the Primary Harness provides a repeatable, OEM-inspired electrical platform that reduces installation time, improves serviceability, and standardizes vehicle builds across an entire fleet. The integrated fuse module features 40 fused circuits, a dual-stage timer, and a master disconnect circuit breaker for reliable power distribution and simplified maintenance.

Constructed with premium GXL cross-linked automotive wire and genuine Molex MX150 sealed connectors, every conductor is function-printed every six inches with the circuit function, connector identification, and cavity location, making installation, troubleshooting, and future service significantly easier.

The harness provides dedicated plug-and-play connections for Whelen CORE components, radios, MDTs, USB power, console accessories, lighting, Arges remote spotlights, and future expansion modules. Pre-engineered spare circuits and WeCanX communications make it easy to add equipment such as video systems, ALPR, K9 electronics, modems, and other accessories without rewiring the vehicle.
