2025+ Ford PIU
The Ford PIU harness system Primary harness covers the passenger cabin. The Underhood harness is also required. Other harnesses are optional depending on the upfit package required.
Note: For the PIU, we have vehicle-specific Underhood harness, Liftgate harness, and Spoiler harness options. Do not use the Universal harnesses for those parts; they are not compatible. For any other accessory harnesses (Bumper harness, any 3-Wire harnesses), choose from the Universal (UNV-SOB5) accessory harness line.
Ford Expedition
Ford Expedition is covered by our universal 75% base harness with OEM-specific fuse panel bracket and BCM jumper. You will also need at least the RSH (Rear SUV Harness) and Underhood harness.
Use any UNV-SOB5 accessory harnesses as needed depending on build requirements.
Ford F-150
Ford F-150 is covered by our universal 75% base harness with OEM-specific fuse panel bracket and BCM jumper. You will also need at least the RTH (Rear Truck Harness) and Underhood harness.
Use any UNV-SOB5 accessory harnesses as needed depending on build requirements.
2025+ Chevy Tahoe
We have a vehicle-specific Primary Harness for Chevy Tahoe. Install will typically require at least the Universal Underhood harness.

Chevy Silverado
Our universal base harness serves as 75% of the Primary Harness for Chevy Silverado, packaged with an OEM-specific fuse panel bracket and BCM jumper. Install will typically require at least the Universal Underhood harness as well.

The F03-SOB5-RTH shown below is the correct complementary 25% harness despite the “F03” item number.
Universal FLEX Harness
The FLEX harness is a universal, light-duty harness intended for unmarked vehicles with low to medium feature requirements – in particular, it was designed with unmarked vehicles in mind. It supports a siren, front and rear internal lightbars, perimeter lighting and other accessories but is not intended for use in patrol vehicles or other full-featured builds.
